We know you're forwarding competitively sensitive data. This page explains exactly how we handle it, in plain English. No legalese.
Trust isn't just about code; it's about who is responsible for it. LoadSync is built and maintained by a named founder with a verifiable professional history.
We receive your carrier emails and the Rate Confirmation PDF attachments you choose to auto-forward to your unique LoadSync address.
We extract structured load data (load number, rate, origin, destination, carrier, and accessorials) and write it directly to your designated Google Sheet or Airtable.
Your PDFs are stored in an encrypted AWS S3 bucket under a folder keyed strictly to your account. Your data is never shared or aggregated with other brokers' data.
Only you and LoadSync's founder (currently one person) have access to the extraction pipeline for quality assurance. If we scale to a team, you will be notified and asked for consent before any new access is granted.
One email to loadsync@nielless.com is all it takes. All your PDFs and extracted records will be deleted within 48 hours, with a confirmation sent to you.
Still have questions?
I'm happy to walk you through our infrastructure.
